Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been purchased and delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical issue from our side
• You were charged multiple times for the same product
